How does the setting influence the conflict and the resolution of the plot?

The setting mostly takes place at the Brown’s house in the present. The setting influences the conflict because Paddington is from darkest Peru so when he goes to the Brown’s he is so curious that he wonders off everywhere in the house, at the mall, and to the beach. Also the theater and the painting contest. But in the end they have a great time with Paddington. They say it’s nice having a bear in the house.
